1. Data Collection

VahanaXpress collects pickup and drop-off address coordinates, customer phone numbers, parcel category descriptions, payment transaction references, and delivery partner live GPS location during active orders only.

2. Live GPS & Location Data

Delivery partner location is tracked exclusively during an active parcel delivery cycle to provide real-time estimated arrival times (ETA). Location tracking automatically stops upon delivery completion or cancellation.

3. Payment Security & Data Privacy

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay. VahanaXpress does not store credit/debit card details or banking passwords on internal servers.
