Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

Customers can cancel a booking at zero penalty before a delivery partner has been assigned.

2. Post-Assignment Cancellation

If cancelled after a partner has traveled to the pickup location, a nominal dispatch fee of ₹30 may apply to compensate the partner for fuel and time.

3. Instant Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (UPI / Card) within 3–5 business days via Razorpay.
